Mequon Nature Preserve Inc

Purpose
The board shall govern Mequon Nature Preserve, Inc., the entity which operates the Mequon Nature Preserve.

Membership
The board shall consist of 12 directors.
One voting member shall be appointed by the City of Mequon. 
One voting member shall be appointed by the Ozaukee Washington Land Trust, Inc.
Ten voting members shall be appointed by Mequon Nature Preserve, Inc.
