Commercial Plan Review Submittals

All Commercial Building/HVAC Plan Reviews must be completed

by the State of Wisconsin or E-Plan Exam.

All Plumbing Plans are required to go through E-Plan Exam.

Once the plan review has been completed, submit the following:

• Three Sets of approved plans with the approval letter stapled to each set
• Building permit application
• Commercial Zoning Form
• Business Occupancy Form if tenant is new
