Change of Billing

In accordance with the rules and regulations of the Mequon Utility, new customers are required to complete a change of billing information form within 10 days of occupancy or they may become subject to service disconnection. We will need a "Change of Billing" form filled out and a copy of your driver's license in order to update the billing information on the account.
