Justin Schoenemann

Justin Schoenemann serves the City of Mequon as the Assistant City Administrator. In this role, Justin is responsible for directing the City’s human resources programs including policy development and implementation, recruitment and selection, compensation, employee benefits, labor relations, worker’s compensation, and employee safety. Mr. Schoenemann also oversees the City's IT Division and  completes special projects for the Administrator and assist in managing various service contracts.  Mr. Schoenemann holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science, a minor in legal studies, and a Paralegal Certificate from UW-Whitewater, as well as a master's degree in Public Administration from UW-Milwaukee. Justin most recently worked for Ozaukee County as the Department of Administration’s Budget Analyst.
