Julia Perszyk

Julia Perszyk serves the City of Mequon as the Human Resources Coordinator. In this role, Julia oversees the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) Division including facilitating recruitment processes, coordinating benefits, meeting compliance reporting requirements, maintaining databases, overseeing the City’s safety program, responding to general inquiries, and completing other special projects, as assigned. Ms. Perszyk is the first point of contact for most employees throughout the City’s organization. Julia holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Parkside and an Associate Degree in Accounting from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
