Meeting Room Reservation

City Hall meeting rooms are available to Mequon citizens only and requests must be submitted in writing. Please review the City of Mequon Facility Use Policy to verify your request is permitted.  Complete the attached form and return it to the Clerk's Department and we will confirm your submission.

Available Rooms: 

City Hall North Conference Room                                Maximum: 12* people

City Hall South Conference Room                                Maximum: 30* people 

City Hall Lower Level                                                          Maximum: 100* people

Christine  Nuernberg Hall (Council Chambers)      Maximum: 150* people (projector & microphone capability) 

*Maximum capacity can vary depending on room set up (ex: standing room vs tables/chairs needed)

City staff will set up the room according to your request.  Services outside of this scope (broadcasting capabilities, zoom, etc), will be the responsibility of the requester to arrange with their private devices.  Please review the Facility Use Policy, and refer closely to the Reservation Form (linked below) regarding key/access to facility after hours.  Handicap access is available at the rear of the building, but will require the reserving party to assist in patron access as the door remains locked at all times. If you have any questions, contact the Clerk's Department at 262-236-2914
