How to Register for Online Utility Payments/Account Management

In order to manage your Utility Accounts and make online payments, you must “Register” for your Online Account. You only need to create an account once, remember your login information, and use that account from now on to gain access to the Online Account.  

Before you begin, for each Utility Account, you must know:  (this information is on your Utility Bill)

Utility Account ID 
Customer Account ID (CID)

There are two initial parts needed to fully complete a registration for your Online Account.

Part A = Create Online Account Login - Create a Login Name and Password for your Online Account
Part B = Link to Account(s) - Link one or more Utility Account(s) to your Online Account

After you have registered, you may then make one time Payments of Utility Bill(s) online by Credit Card or E-Check.
