COVID-19 Update for the Week Ending Friday, March 26
The City of Mequon, in coordination with the Washington/Ozaukee Public Health Department (WOPHD) and other state and federal agencies, continues to monitor the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

  • As of this afternoon, the State has reported that 2,516,716 COVID-19 vaccines have been administered and 948,765 Wisconsin residents have completed the vaccination series.

  • Currently about 32% of Ozaukee County residents have had their first vaccine dose and 17% of the residents in the County have received both doses of the vaccine.

  • The Washington Ozaukee Public Health Department has released a listed of local vaccination providers in and around the County.

  • The State of Wisconsin and Vault Medical Services have teamed up to offer an at home COVID-19 testing option for everyone who lives in Wisconsin, with or without symptoms, at no cost. This new service allows residents to collect saliva samples for testing at home.

Please help to continue limiting the spread of COVID-19 in the community by, maintaining a safe social distance, avoiding large gatherings, following proper hygiene practices, and staying home when sick.
