Available to rent either individually or with a Pavilion

No chairs provided by the City with rental. Renter would be responsible for making arrangements for chair delivery and pick up immediately following the rental. The city is not liable for chairs left at the Gazebo.

Closed pavilion capacity is 240 people.

There are ceiling fans, windows and staff controlled heat. There is no air conditioning.

The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, range (stove and oven), microwave and sink. (deep fryers not allowed)

There is a charcoal grill and picnic tables outside.

There are 20 round 6’ tables that will seat 200 people, four 8' rectangular banquet tables and 240 chairs available.

Please replace the tables and chairs to how you found them at the end of your event. Please note these tables and chairs are for indoor use only.

Washroom facilities are located in the pavilion, which are also available to park users such as sport teams, hikers, etc. (park users do have their own entrance to the washrooms)

South Rotary Pavilion use west driveway

Open air pavilion with enclosed kitchen capacity is 150 people.

There are roller shades on three of the pavilion openings on the north side of the building for your use. Before leaving the park please roll the shades up and padlock them in place. If they were vandalized due to the fact that they were not returned to an upright position, your deposit would be withheld and used towards the repair cost.

No Heating, Air Conditioning or fans.

There are 20 picnic tables, which seat about 120 people. Please return them to their original position after your event.

A charcoal grill outside the pavilion is available.

NOTICE Regarding use of decorations in the pavilion

There are no decorations allowed that in any way would mark or damage the Pavilion.

This would include the use of such items as – push pins, adhesive materials (including tape), putty, balloons, etc.

The use of confetti, glitter, rice, any type of balloons , etc. is also prohibited.

No exceptions.

Parcel History

This parcel (75 acres) was purchased by the City in 1989 with generous donations from the Rotary Club for the specific purpose of creating a multiple use community park. An approved landscaping and phased development plan governs the site.
