Community-Wide Survey Coming to all Households by Mail
A postcard was sent to households in Mequon announcing the pending delivery of City of Mequon’s 2019 community-wide survey by early next week.  This survey will help officials make decisions that better reflect the residents’ views and priorities on important topics such as development, quality of life, City facilities, and satisfaction with City services. For this survey, the City has partnered with Neighborhood Analytics and Strategic Research Institute (SRI) at St. Norbert College to complete the survey. The City urges residents to complete the survey and use the prepaid envelope to send their survey back to SRI by June 14. This is each household’s opportunity to weigh in on the future of the community and help ensure the survey results reflect the opinion of the entire community.

Building Improvements Made at Reuter Pavilion
The City of Mequon Parks Division is excited to share the news about some improvements to the Reuter Pavilion that were completed this last winter! The improvements included: new paint, floor covering, countertop, appliances, and the installation of two new sliding windows that took the place of a large roll door that had been leaking. Thanks to some handy staff members, the City was able to complete most of the work in house. The improvements will provide a much improved experience for the residents and user groups that frequent the building for everything from weddings, meeting, and tournaments. If anyone is interested in renting the Pavilion from now through October, please contact the Parks Division at 262-236-2913.
