Mequon Fire Department Expands Recruitment Efforts
The Mequon Fire Department has been aggressively recruiting for new members to join its ranks over the last few months. The social media blitz has directed prospective members to a new recruiting information website that is hosted on the City of Mequon website under the Fire Department page. When an interested individual submits a request for additional information about the MFD and provides basic contact information, the recruiting system will automatically send the interested party informational e-mails at specific time intervals and provide answers to many common questions about joining the Fire Department. The software also provides the ability for the interested party to schedule a visit to the Fire Department and ultimately to fill out a job application for the Department. Additionally, the recruiting software instantly notifies Fire Department management of prospective members and provides a means of tracking and monitoring individuals who express interest in joining Mequon Fire and or EMS. Click here to check out the new recruiting site.
