City Facility Hours

Public Safety Building: The lobby of the Public Safety Building is open to the public. The public is encouraged to continue to use the Police and Fire Department’s online resources when possible.

City Hall: Alternatively, City Hall is open with health and safety restrictions in place, as suggested by WOPHD’s Blueprint to safeguard the health of residents and other patrons. For City Hall, these restrictions include:

  • City Hall will be open to the public from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Customers may wear a mask when at City Hall if they wish. 
  • It is requested that all customers and City staff maintain social distancing when possible.
  • City Hall has implemented additional sanitation and air circulation to further guard against the spread of COVID-19.
  • The City will routinely evaluate the safety measures at City Hall and implement adjustments as more in-person services are resumed in the coming weeks.

Public Works Building: Beginning Monday, June 1 the Public Works Building will be open from 6:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday and from 6:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Fridays. The City asks that residents and patrons visiting the Public Works Building help stop the spread of COVID-19 by maintaining social distancing while on site. 

East Side Fire Station: The East Side Fire Station continues to remain fully operational and is open to the public on an as needed basis.
