Amusement

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to exhibit for public view for gain within the city any circus, caravan, carnival, kiddy rides, shooting gallery, carousel or any other exhibition, show of amusement, or carry on, or operate, or be concerned in carrying on or operating any such show, exhibition or business herein before specified unless there shall first be obtained a license from the finance-personnel committee upon written application duly made and filed with the city clerk.  Amusement License Application linked below. 

No person licensed to sell strong, spirituous, malt or intoxicating liquors, shall offer, suffer or permit in the premises for which such license is granted any exhibitions or entertainment of whatsoever nature commonly classed under the term cabaret, night club, or floor show performance, as well as motion pictures, slide films, closed circuit TV, excluding use of regular TV for normally scheduled programs, without first having procured a license so to do as provided in this section; provided, however, that instrumental music shall not be prohibited hereby. Tavern Amusement License Application linked below.
